Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting an Instagram account, or using any part of AutoPilotDM, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

AutoPilotDM is provided by AutoPilotDM (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

AutoPilotDM is a software platform that automates Instagram direct message interactions based on rules you configure, such as comments, keywords, story replies, and welcome messages. The service connects to Instagram through the Meta Graph API and operates on your behalf only when you explicitly authorize it.

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Your account security — keeping your login credentials secure and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Your Instagram account — ensuring the account you connect is an Instagram Business or Creator account you have the right to manage.
• Your automations — all messages, keywords, replies, and content sent through the service must comply with applicable laws, Instagram Terms of Use, and Meta Platform Policies.
• Consent and privacy — obtaining any necessary consent from people you message, and handling personal data in accordance with privacy laws.
• Lawful use — not using AutoPilotDM for spam, harassment, abuse, fraud, unauthorized data scraping, or any illegal activity.

AutoPilotDM uses the Instagram Graph API and related Meta services. By using AutoPilotDM, you authorize us to access and interact with your Instagram account on your behalf using the permissions you grant during connection.

You acknowledge that:

• Your use is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Policies, and Instagram Community Guidelines.
• Meta may revoke, suspend, or limit API access at any time, which may affect AutoPilotDM functionality.
• You are responsible for staying within Instagram's messaging and automation rate limits and policies.
• You can revoke AutoPilotDM's access at any time through Instagram's app settings or by disconnecting the account in your workspace.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

Certain features of AutoPilotDM may require payment. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are presented at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if required by law or by Meta. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features when available.

Upon termination, your access to the service will end and we may delete or retain data in accordance with our Data Deletion process and applicable legal obligations.

AutoPilotDM and its content, trademarks, and software are owned by AutoPilotDM or its licensors. You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide and improve the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPilotDM and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event, or USD $100 if you have not paid.

We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta, Instagram, third-party services, or for changes in their APIs or policies that affect the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Instagram automations will always deliver due to factors outside our control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoPilotDM and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AutoPilotDM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
